Educate voters in campaign ads. Show problems & solutions, eg "Dems shut down our oil supply/new leases/pipelines. Buying foreign oil makes truckers go broke buying gas & the goods being shipped cost more. Reps support opening up our own oil: thus gas/goods prices go down"
