🔴 Sur cette première partie de saison de Ferrari qu’est ce qui vous a le plus surpris positivement et négativement ?

Moi :
- positif : Sir Lewis Hamilton is not dead. Le voir performer à haut niveau a permis à l’équipe de gagner son premier GP, et à même piquer Leclerc qui a tenté pleins de choses pour revenir à son meilleur niveau. Pour moi Hamilton est symbolique de la saison de Ferrari : on donne tout, on est là pas loin, mais on commet des petites erreurs qu’il faut stopper

- négatif : alors j’hésitais entre le moteur et le châssis. On a le meilleur châssis de la grille ça y a peu de doutes mais j’ai l’impression de revoir, par moment, une SF25 avec une fenêtre d’utilisation faible. C’est pas aussi flagrant soyons clairs mais quand même

What a great few days at Silverstone! 🏁

Ahead of the British Grand Prix, in collaboration with @F1, we hosted two incredible days dedicated to driving inclusion and inspiring the next generation.

On Wednesday, our Igniting Inclusion Summit brought together young people and leaders from Formula 1, STEM industries and education to discuss the actions needed to build a more inclusive future for the sport. Together, we explored the progress being made, shared insights and strengthened our collective commitment to drive lasting change 🤝

On Thursday, we welcomed young people for our STEM Inspiration Day, where students from our partners @up_Reach, @AFBE_UK, @StevenageBC and @SilverstoneUK UTC took part in hands-on activities, explored career opportunities across F1, and heard directly from industry experts.

A real highlight of the day was the opportunity for students to meet our founder, @LewisHamilton, share their stories, and hear first-hand about the importance of creating opportunities for the next generation 💫

Following this, the students got a special tour of the @ScuderiaFerrari garage for a look into how an F1 team really operates on a race weekend, and then headed to @LEGO_Group, where they got up close with the Lego F1 minicars and met the talented team that brought them to life 🏎️

A huge thank you to all of our partners who helped make it all possible. Special thanks to @F1 for their continued support and to @IBM, @HP, @LEGO_Group and @ScuderiaFerrari for helping create such an impactful experience for the young people 🙌

A week ago today, we were delighted to host the Igniting Inclusion Summit at Silverstone, in collaboration with @F1, bringing together F1 teams, young people and Mission 44 partners to discuss the steps being taken to make the sport more inclusive, and what more needs to be done to drive change.

Alongside representatives from F1 teams, the Igniting Inclusion Summit included a keynote speech from our CEO @Jason_Arthur and a fascinating discussion between our Motorsport Scholarship alum and current @redbullracing engineer Lily Owuye, Head of Employee Experience at @redbullracing, Claire Chan, and Prof. Gordana Collier from @oxford_brookes University.

There was also a special fireside chat, hosted by @F1’s Head of ESG Ellen Jones, alongside @ScuderiaFerrari’s Dennis de Munck, @MercedesAMGF1's Hiran Odedra, and @AstonMartinF1’s Debbie Wall. The conversation explored some of the opportunities F1’s DEI Charter has offered, as well as an honest and solutions-focused reflection on some of the challenges of delivery.

Held five years after the Hamilton Commission’s landmark report ‘Accelerating Change’ was published, the summit - which was also attended and supported by @AlpineF1Team, @audif1_, @Cadillac_F1, @McLarenF1, @WilliamsF1, @HaasF1Team and @visacashapprb - marked a key moment in building a more inclusive motorsport industry, ensuring talented young people from all backgrounds can access and thrive in the sport.

Since its launch in July 2021, F1 teams and partners have made strong progress in raising awareness, inspiring young people and widening access. The next phase will focus on retaining talent and creating more opportunities for teams and stakeholders to collaborate effectively.

From the importance of young people's voices shaping education, to the need for more diverse leadership and trusted adults in schools, the conversation explored what it will take to build a system where every student can thrive.

Our Ambitious About Inclusion report, published last month with @CFYoungLives, sets out practical recommendations to help build a system where every young person feels seen, supported and able to succeed.

Il faut se rendre compte de la longévité de Lewis.

Un des pilotes les plus talentueux de l’histoire et considéré comme un top 2 meilleur pilote de la grille en tant que coéquipier et Lewis a le dessus tant en terme de rythme pur qu’en termes de régularité.

C’est une anomalie dans le même degré que Messi , LeBron etc.
Lewis est réellement un des meilleurs et plus grands sportifs de l’histoire.
