@djkaspaPL If a KAS transfer works from one CEX but not another, itโs often due to exchange-side address validation on HTX. The Tangem address can still be valid.
Please DM us the address, app version, and the exact HTX error so we can check.
@Tangem Today I tried to transfer KAS from HTX to Tangem, and HTX detected that you have the wrong KAS address. The transfer from another CEX to Tangem to the same address was successful. What could be the issue?
@Tangem Serious issue with your cards as I purchased and got delivery on 2/02/2026 but as I was setting it up the second card was not working and the app kept on saying it's already used , will try today also but don't know if it will work

@Tangem I had bad experience with tangem. I had made various transfers through tangem, a stack of cryptos never made it to the address. After that, I stopped using tangem. I received no help and they were stubborn that I input the wrong address even when I had proof of the transfer.
