Day 9 of building on @hacdlabs

let's talk about something most projects never explain: what happens if a stack is removed?

Nexusmind has one rule here, and it is simple.

if a HACD stack backing a NexusMind identity is ever removed, the NFT is burned. permanently destroyed. with no exceptions

this isn't a punishment mechanic but what makes formation actually mean something

think about it this way if an identity could be casually undone, reformed, or recreated at will, it wouldn't really be an identity

It would just be a picture you could delete and redraw. the burn rule is what turns I minted an NFT into I formed a permanent record.

every NexusMind that exists right now, and every one that will ever exist, only stays alive as long as its HACD stack stays intact.

that's the deal. that's what permanent on-chain identity actually means in practice, not just in a tagline.

this is also why we capped the collection at 256, with no reserved lots, no team allocation, no way to reprint what is lost. scarcity isn't just about supply it is about consequences
