@PrimoWater Your customer service rating today: 0/10. If I order two products and am charged for both, I would think I would get both. Instead you all add a second charge and I still only have 1 item. Customer isn’t always right, but in this case you all owe me a stand or cash.
@FedEx Do you look into how many “refusals” a driver has? Or, how do I report a driver? Every package that has been shipped through you for the past 3 months have been “refused.” Christmas presents-late, wedding items-late, EVERYTHING-“refused.” Yet, I haven’t seen 1 driver…ever

@FedEx, you are worth 55.37 million dollars and you still cannot make right for your customers. If I pay YOUR COMPANY for a service, as any other customer-I expect it.
