@scotgovhealth @JeaneF1MSP Also, NLC support staff haven't been issued with sanititiser gel to use inbetween users. They've been told to wash their hands, that would be ok however NLC have provided nowhere to do so.
NLC are putting vulnerable service users at risk as well as their own staff.

They will only be given the proper PPE if the service user presents with symptoms!!?? Given this COVID-19 virus is highly infectious before symptoms show, care workers visiting 10 users a day - its disgraceful!
