RFK Jr. has no medical or scientific credentials and wants to gut the National Institutes of Health. And Marjorie Taylor Greene today cheered him on in our committee. This is outrageous and shameful.
BREAKING: Democratic Congressman Dan Goldman introduces a historic resolution to clarify that the Constitution's two-term limit on presidents applies even if the terms are nonconsecutive — enraging MAGA.
And it gets even better...
"We are a nation of laws, not kings. The 22nd Amendment is clear that no person can be elected President more than twice," Goldman wrote on X. "Any attempt by Donald Trump to do so is blatantly unconstitutional, and I call on my colleagues – D or R – to stand by their oath to defend the Constitution."
Goldman's move comes after Trump "joked" that he might run for an illegal third term.
"I suspect I won’t be running again unless you say, ‘He’s so good we’ve got to figure something else out,’" Trump said to Republicans.
Of course, Trump was not just joking and has already demonstrated a profound lack of respect for our democratic norms. If he can find a way to pursue a third term, he'll do it. He must be stopped.

Tammy Duckworth's response highlights her firsthand knowledge and lived experience in the military. As a decorated veteran who lost her legs in combat, Duckworth is uniquely positioned to push back against outdated ideas about women in combat roles. Her point underscores that women have been serving courageously in critical military roles for years, and their contributions are essential to the effectiveness of the armed forces. Her statements serve as a powerful reminder that service members’ abilities and sacrifices, not gender, define their worth and capability in the military.
BREAKING: Veteran Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth obliterates Donald Trump's Defense Secretary nominee for his sexist claim that women shouldn't serve in combat roles.
This is just too good...
"I would ask him: Where do you think I lost my legs? In a bar fight?" Duckworth said during an appearance on CNN. "I'm pretty sure I was in combat when that happened."
An Iraq war veteran and a Purple Heart recipient, she lost both of her legs when her helicopter was hit with a grenade.
"He's shown his absolute lack of experience and his lack of suitability for the job because anybody that truly knows the military knows that we cannot got to war with out over 225,000 women who are serving in active-duty right now," Duckworth said.
"Our military cannot go to war without our female service members," she added. "This is not the Revolutionary War where there's some sort of line in the sand and you know combat is on one side and the rest of us can stay behind this line and that's not combat."
"Look, he’s not qualified to serve as Secretary of Defense, and obviously, he’s made these comments about how he doesn’t think women should be in combat and that he wants to be able to fire the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff," Duckworth said.
"I ask him, how does that strengthen our nation’s military?”
The truth is that Trump and Hegseth don't care about making America safer. They care about scoring cheap culture war points with the MAGA base by going after women. Their attack on brave service members is an utter disgrace.
