ग्रेटर नोएडा में अल्पसंख्यक समाज की 6 साल की एक मासूम बच्ची के बलात्कार और हत्या का मामला रूह कँपा देनेवाला है। इससे पूरे प्रदेश में हर बेटी के माँ-बाप अपनी बच्चियों की सुरक्षा को लेकर दहशत में हैं।

सवाल ये है कि प्रदेश की क़ानून-व्यवस्था इतनी लचर कैसे हो गई है कि अपराधी सत्ता से नहीं डर रहे हैं। इस सवाल का यही जवाब है कि सत्ता सजातीयों के हर अपराध को जिस तरह दबाया-छुपाया जा रहा है उससे दूसरे अपराधियों के भी हौसले बुलंद हो रहे हैं। भाजपा ने अपने भ्रष्टाचार का दायरा इतना अधिक बढ़ा दिया है कि उसमें पुलिस को भी संलिप्त होने पर मजबूर कर दिया है, जिसका लाभ उठाकर कुछ भ्रष्ट पुलिसकर्मी अपराधियों से साँठगाँठ करके गुनाहों को पनाह दे रहे हैं।

'વન નેશન, વન ઇલેક્શન'ની વાતો કરનારા અને તે વિચારધારાના હિમાયતીઓ માટે ૨૭ ઓગસ્ટનો દિવસ એક અત્યંત વિરોધાભાસી અને આઘાતજનક દાખલો બની રહ્યો.

એક તરફ દેશના સૌથી તાકાતવર ગણાતા કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહમંત્રી માનનીય @AmitShah સાબરમતી નદીના એક છેડે આવેલા બોપલ વિસ્તારમાં લોકોની સમસ્યાઓ સાંભળવા માટે લોકદરબાર યોજીને બેઠા હતા, તો બીજી તરફ વસ્ત્રાપુર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં કેટલાક દેશપ્રેમી, ન્યાયપ્રિય અને બુદ્ધિજીવી નાગરિકો પોતાના પર થયેલા હિંસક હુમલાની ફરિયાદ નોંધાવવા માટે કાલાવાલા કરી રહ્યા હતા. તેમનો વાંક માત્ર એટલો જ હતો કે તેઓ સામાજિક કટ્ટરતા સામે અવાજ ઉઠાવનારી યુવતી 'મલાલા'ના પુસ્તકનું ગુરુકુળ સ્થિત ઔડા ગાર્ડનમાં અત્યંત શાંતિપૂર્ણ રીતે પઠન કરી રહ્યા હતા, જેમાં વડીલો, મહિલાઓ, યુવતીઓ અને યુવાનો જોડાયા હતા. અચાનક બજરંગ દળના કેટલાક ઉપદ્રવીઓ ત્યાં ધસી આવ્યા અને આ શાંતિપ્રિય નાગરિકોને 'દેશવિરોધી' કહીને બિભત્સ ગાળો આપવા લાગ્યા.

પોલીસની હાજરી હોવા છતાં આ અસામાજિક તત્વોની ગુંડાગીરી અટકી નહીં અને તેમણે નિર્દોષ લોકો પર હુમલો કરી દીધો, જેમાં કેટલાક દેશદાઝ ધરાવતા નાગરિકો અને મહિલાઓ ઘાયલ થયા. હદ તો ત્યારે થઈ જ્યારે આ હુમલાખોરોએ પોલીસ વાહનના ચાલક પર પણ હાથ ઉપાડ્યો અને કાયદા કે સત્તાનો સહેજ પણ ખૌફ રાખ્યા વિના પોલીસની નજર સામે જ રોફ બતાવીને નીકળી ગયા.

ઈજાગ્રસ્તોને સારવાર અર્થે સોલા સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલમાં ખસેડવામાં આવ્યા અને અન્ય પીડિતો ફરિયાદ નોંધાવવા વસ્ત્રાપુર પોલીસ સ્ટેશન પહોંચ્યા, પરંતુ પોલીસે ગુનેગારોને કાયદાનો પાઠ ભણાવવાના બદલે આનાકાની અને ગલ્લાતલ્લા શરૂ કર્યા. ત્યારે સવાલ એ થાય છે કે શું આવા અસામાજિક તત્વોને શાસન કે પોલીસનું સીધું રક્ષણ મળી રહ્યું છે ??

જે મહિલાએ મુસ્લિમ કટ્ટરપંથીઓનો વિરોધ કર્યો, તે જ મહિલાના વિચારો વાંચવા માત્રથી ગાંધીના ગુજરાતમાં નાગરિકો પર લાકડીઓ વરસાવવામાં આવશે ?? દેશના સૌથી શક્તિશાળી ગણાતા કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહમંત્રી માનનીય અમિત શાહ શું આ મામલે કાયદાનું શાસન સ્થાપવા પોલીસને કડક આદેશ આપશે ??

ગાંધી અને સરદારના ગુજરાતમાં કાયદાની આવી દુરવસ્થા જોઈને દરેક ન્યાયપ્રિય નાગરિકના મનમાં સવાલો અને આક્રોશ જાગવો સ્વાભાવિક છે..!!
