It is with regret that we must announce that our Sunday car boot sale has been cancelled for this summer. The committee feel that it is too onerous to invite thousands of people to our site in view of the current pandemic. We will be back in 2021. #upthelions@swsportsnews
After months of closure the committee last night sanctioned a path to reopening our bar facilities. It is hoped that we will be ready to accept customers from Saturday 1 August. In order to regulate numbers we will initially open to club members only. #upthelions@swsportsnews
@swsportsnews Our community kitchen was open until the end of June. Due to volunteer's going back to work and suppliers markets reopening we found it difficult to continue past this date. Disability Cornwall have offered other avenues of support to the clients we served.
Training has resumed this week, in a socially distanced, appropriate way. At our first session on Tuesday we had 20 boys getting used to the new regime. Training is Tuesday and Thursday with a 6.45 start at The Memorial Park. #upthelions#cornishrugby@swsportsnews
