@CostaCoffee great service at the drive through in Darlington today 💯. BUT the lid came off and I was soaked in boiling hot coffee and the black marker on the lid transferred to both our faces . Hilarious but difficult to get off. Maybe time for a rethink

@TSB I’ve been trying to pay a bill since Friday. TSB in their wisdom have blocked the payment to make sure it’s not fraudulent and were supposed to call me back within an hour . Didn’t happen . I’ve now been on hold for over an hour. Frustrating

@McDonaldsUK just a visited your branch in Catterick garrison. Not only was our order lukewarm but totally incorrect. We ordered and paid for a triple cheeseburger and double quarter pounder meal. We got a single quarter pounder and a chicken wrap . Unacceptable service

@marksandspencer I think it’s deplorable that a Christmas hamper delivered to my daughter has pre christmas bbf dates. Telling her to return it isn’t an option as she doesn’t drive She live rurally, there is no public transport . Do better please .

@HelloFreshUK really not very happy with the service. I received a code for a free box and it wouldn’t work, I decided to sleep on it before putting the order through and realised the following day that I’ve been charged £39 for food that I can’t eat for health reasons .
