Our PhD student @RachaelYu23 explored how arterial stiffness (PWV) relates to prefrontal cortex structure in older adults.
Findings show higher PWV = thinner cortex highlighting vascular health as key for brain ageing.

Our latest study, led by Dr @SleepyAaronLam is out in JMIR Aging! We co-developed the ‘SleepMemories’ mobile app with older adults to digitalise sleep-dependent memory tasks.
