@SouthwestAir we’ve had to find our own way home to get home at a reasonable time but our baggage is still unaccounted for. It’s full of baby gear and my daughters first Christmas presents… still can’t get through to customer service. #SouthwestAirlines #babysfirstchristmas

Southwest did rebook us, on different flights, 5 hrs after the cancellation, and from a direct flight to over 10 hrs of travel time plus and overnight for my husband. All w/o asking us

@SouthwestAir were stranded in a hotel for Christmas Eve for my daughters first Christmas and we’re also almost out of diapers with everywhere closed and no car due to a cancelled flight. And now we’re rebooked on separate flights and I’ve been hung up twice by customer service?

@SouthwestAir didn’t answer the number 10+ times. And after 1:47 minutes on HOLD with never speaking to a person I was HUNG UP on for a second time. I was also rebooked on a flight that has a super long delay with no conversation. My 9month old is now stuck in a hotel for Xmas.

My pioneers did a rocket model competition where they built their models in secret & had to create the procedure for another team to build a replication! The results was laughter, team work and some awesome rockets!
