إذا أقرضت شخص مبلغ 1000 ريال دون شهود ثم طالبته بالمبلغ فقال : ليس لك عندي أي شيء ؛ روح إشتك في #المحكمة.
- لو ذهبت للقاضي لتشتکیه فسوف يسألك
هل معك إ��بات كتابي ؟ فسوف تقول (لا)
عندك #شهود ستقول : (لا)
فسيطلب القاضي من الشخص #المدعى_عليه أن يحلف أنه لم يأخذ منك المبلغ المطلوب فيحلف صديقك كذبا
هنا سيحكم #القاضي برفض دعواك طبعا وهذا هو" العدل " ولكن الرجل مدين لك بألف ريال وهذا هو " الحق "
إذن " الحق " واحد لا يتغير بتغير الدليل أو حتى عدم وجوده ،، أما " العدل " فهو يرتبط بالدليل وجوداً وعدماً
فكل حق عدل وليس كل عدل حق..
