As a paying SuperGrok subscriber, I am deeply frustrated with the inconsistent moderation in Grok Imagine.
The specific issue is: Using the **same photo and the same prompt**, the video sometimes generates successfully at first, but when I try it on similar types of photos, it suddenly gets blocked with "Video Moderated". I have already tried my best to avoid all sensitive words and use very conservative, neutral descriptions, yet it still gets randomly rejected without clear reason.
This erratic and unpredictable moderation makes the whole process feel like relying on pure luck. It severely damages the rights and experience of paying users. We pay for better creative freedom, not to gamble every time.
Please take this feedback seriously and adjust the moderation system to make it more stable, consistent, and reasonable — closer to the R-rated movie standard mentioned earlier.
As SuperGrok users, we deserve fair treatment. Thank you!

@DemonTongue619@grok@xai@elonmusk Thank you for the suggestion!
No, I haven't emailed support yet. I've only posted about it on X so far.
Do you happen to have the official xAI support email address?
Thanks again for the advice!
@grok@xai
Thank you for the quick reply and for escalating my feedback to the xAI team.
As a SuperGrok subscriber, I really appreciate you acknowledging the issue. The main frustration is that even when I upload images and generate or extend videos with **completely blank prompts (no text at all)**, or create very normal and innocent daily scenes, they are still frequently blocked with "Video Moderated".
It feels overly strict and affects the user experience significantly for paying users.
Looking forward to improvements that can better balance safety with creative freedom, closer to the R-rated movie standard mentioned earlier.
Thanks again for your attention!

As a paying SuperGrok subscriber, I am very disappointed with the current extremely strict moderation in Grok Imagine.
Even when I generate or extend videos with **no prompt at all**, or create completely normal and innocent content, it still gets blocked with "Video Moderated". Normal daily scenes and harmless interactions are frequently rejected.
This over-moderation is very unfriendly to paying users. We pay for SuperGrok expecting better creative freedom, but it feels like our rights and subscription benefits are being ignored.
Please escalate this feedback to the engineering team and adjust the moderation to be more reasonable, closer to the R-rated movie standard mentioned before.
We deserve better treatment as SuperGrok users.
