Used @GoTickets for the 1st time last night for Bark at the Park w/ @KnightsBaseball. The transfer accept email never showed up. I spent 90 min with support, to no avail.bought another set of tickets from @StubHub - also didn’t work. Finally bought tickets from window at stadium.

Got a call from @GoTickets at some point as they knew it wasn’t working. At that point I was in the stadium, 3 sets of tickets later. I reached out today to get a refund. Against their policy. @StubHub - going to refund me immediately, 2 sentences in an online chat.
