NFL Cheerleader. ER during COVID. mRNA/GLP trials for Big Pharma - not proud. Couldn't fix it from the inside, so I left. Takes on health the news won't touch.
Most people think leaving is failure. I used to believe that too.
Right up until the night a twenty-three-year-old walked into my ER, and I realized I could no longer be a part of what I was watching.
The previously healthy young woman came in unable to speak clearly, with sudden weakness on one side of her body.
Textbook stroke - but obviously it had to be something else, because she was twenty-three.
Advanced imaging showed multiple small strokes. Some fresh. Some hours old, maybe days.
Nothing in her history explained it - except one thing. A pharmaceutical product her university had mandated before she could start the semester. One week earlier.
I could diagnose her. Stabilize her. Get neurology involved. But none of that would touch why it was allowed to happen in the first place.
I couldn't even document it properly. No diagnostic code existed for what I was looking at. She wouldn't become a statistic. There would be no accountability. It was almost as if it never happened at all.
That's how it works.
We don't just harm people. We make the harm invisible.
A few months later, I left. Not because I stopped caring. Because I finally understood that sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is loudly refuse to participate in the dysfunction.
I'm not the only one who's come to that conclusion.
I wrote about what that costs - and what we owe the people willing to pay it.
@RWMaloneMD
@jeffreytucker Oh, and I have to add that they do quite a bit of shadow banning (for individual posts in my case). I have to assume they do it for accounts as well.
@jeffreytucker Because somehow you can still make great relationships and a ton of money there. But it is like selling little pieces of your soul. I spend more time editing to avoid censorship than I do writing a post there.
🙏Nice to have our vaccine report recognized by @POTUS
Less nice to have just been fired as head of CDER @ FDA & not know why or who fired me
But I valued my time @ FDA & am proud of our work
I discuss that & the importance of accountability here

The Senate fled town last week rather than take responsibility for their own program suddenly in the headlines.
@JsnFostr and I stayed (and then wrote the explainer they owed you).

The clearest example is mandated two-year-olds wearing a cloth mask at all times except when they’re napping. Cloth masks on airplanes except when eating… Everything about those recommendations had zero scientific evidence and were basically just garbage. But they would still get you kicked off an airplane or kid kicked out of school. No wonder pts laugh when we tell them things now. Anyone with basic biology knowledge knew that was against all scientific principles.

@TexasOncologist@DrJMarine@declanwalsh@ArletteBashizi Certainly! But they’ve also been burned and been given reasons to be mistrustful. It’s just not surprising that they don’t believe everything they’re told out of hand.
@DrJMarine@declanwalsh@ArletteBashizi A history of colonial medical exploitation under the guise of ‘public health’ breeds a deep mistrust of all interventions. Their response is the rational and predictable result unfortunately. They’d rather risk dying than become slaves to foreign public health overlords. Sad.
@KatyTalento It’s a blessing in disguise.
They would’ve gotten away with a lot more had they not been so overbearing & honestly just dumb.
No one is buying their 100% safe & effective claim or the need for a 2026 Covid booster.
It’s exaggerated at face value. Common sense prevails.
@DrJMarine@declanwalsh@ArletteBashizi I’ve seen this here in the ER. Pts refuse BP meds, abx, diabetes tx bc they saw the complete sham of the Covid response. It’s the biggest risk of overplaying your hand. Ppl decide theyd rather die on their own terms. It erases 100 years of progress, but I don’t blame the pts.
@KatyTalento@TracyBethHoeg Ha! That’s why time together is so important (and so threatening to status quo). Marinating in the courage of others emboldens us. Systems have control is because we voluntarily submit to it. And as soon as we stop voluntarily submitting, things change.

📉 Well, what do we have here? Merck’s sales for its HPV vaccine Gardasil have reportedly dropped 40%.
“They’ve lost 40% of their sales for Gardasil because people talk.”
“People are getting the message that this is a bad vaccine.”
“There’s no proof that it has prevented any cervical cancer.”
“We’ve proven lots of cases of autoimmune disorder, of POTS disorder, and of death from the Gardasil shot.”
The truth can only be hidden for so long.
