The project, which is in the design/planning phase, will offer 304 affordable apartments for lower-income individuals, families, & seniors, with a senior tower containing 156 homes ranging from studios to 2-bedrooms, & a family building providing 148 homes w/ 1-, 2-, 3-bedrooms.
