Welding students from Jefferson, Tampa Bay Technical, East Bay, and Hillsborough High Schools visited Ironworkers Local 397 🔩🔥 for a hands-on experience in welding, walking beams, metal cutting, and rod busting 💪⚙️. They explored the skills and opportunities available in the trades while learning directly from industry professionals 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️.
