Welcoming our newest Master Trainer cohort! These leaders are now eligible to support Leadership Development trainings across the district. Grateful for their time, insight, and commitment to growing others. #LeadershipDevelopment #MasterTrainers

I had the honor to sit among media specialists tonight at their banquet! It was even better to support the program and play husband at the same time! Congratulations to all the media specialists in our district on a successful year and award winners! @LibraryDaniels @hubofschool

We were excited to rep our @theAPBS shirts from our conference before break today! Looking forward to using our new ideas to sharpen the saw at Marshall and do what is best for our students, staff, families, and community! #pbis #apbs #PositiveMindset

A drink and snack cart was the least we could do for our drivers today! I love their consistency, relationships with the kids, and more!

[Marshall Middle Magnet IB World Community School @HCPSMarshallMS]

The hero’s of the school district, insuring all students have the opportunity to get to school, the bus drivers! We love our Dragon Drivers getting our dragons from their nests to the dragon den everyday! We brought them some drinks and snacks to say thank you today!

[Justin Daniels @HCPSMrDaniels]

Last night we had our band concert, and as expected, it was a top notch performance with high school quality musicians but their middle schoolers! Bravo Dr. Cayer and an amazing speech from the FMEA Secondary Administrator of the Year, Mr. Mayo!

[Justin Daniels @HCPSMrDaniels]

Our Hispanic Heritage celebration was tonight and it was standing room only! Gentlemen’s Quest, Latinos in Action, and our Dragon Dolls clubs did amazing presentations! Hats off to Mrs. Rodriguez and team for another excellent event! #HispanicHeritage

Happy National Custodian day to all custodians, but especially my team. We have gone through a lot of change and growth, but they get it done 🤩🥳! Until you see their summer work and beyond, it’s hard to understand just how much they do for our students. #NationalCustodianDay

Monday PD in full effect after school on Motivating Students. Rich discussions were being had and the collaboration was great too. The old saying “iron sharpens iron” kept coming to mind listening to groups sharing ideas with each other! #StrongerTogether #HCPSStrong

Perfectly said, it’s really that simple.

Started the day at 6:37 am to make sure some last minute furniture was in place for our students and ended the day at 4:37 pm with our last bus picked up. Amazing first day and shout out to my incredible staff for being great with a purpose today! #HCPSStrong

My favorite part about summer. No those floors aren’t wet. They are pristine, cleaned, and waxed! School culture and pride is so deeply rooted in the appearance and maintenance of our schools. Proud to have a school people are happy to be in! Shoutout to my amazing custodial team

[Justin Daniels @HCPSMrDaniels]

It was a blessing to be a part of this powerful experience with inspiring leaders who I have grown so much from collaborating with. Looking forward to implementing what I learned and growing with my cohort throughout PNP! @HCPSLeaders #ItsAllAboutGrowth #Leadership
