We will continue to monitor the situation and work with Queensland Health to make sure public health information during a pandemic is able to continue to be freely available.
Facebook has restricted access to @qldhealthnews FB page as part of their restrictions on news content in Australia. This means they can’t do live streams of the daily CHO/Premier pandemic response updates, there are no past posts are visible and they can’t do any new posts
Currently Qlders are still able to access QH’s content via their website and Instagram. You are also able to access news through each news providers apps, websites and YouTube accounts. ABC’s app live streams the CHO/Premier daily press conferences.
To date we have received written response from Labor.
We look forward to responses from
Ros Bates MP/LNP
Michael Berkman/Greens
Steve Andrew MP/One Nation
Robbie Katter, Shane Knuth, Nick Dametto MPs/Katter Australia Party
