Today it was Reception’s turn to receive a visit from Dr Gray. The children gathered to hear the Headmaster read Dragon Post by @EmmaYarlett🐉

The children were full of enthusiasm for the book’s wonderful illustrations and funny storyline.

All of us at @HerefordCS Music Department were sorry to hear of Mr Rhodes’ sad passing. He left a great musical legacy in the Gilbert Consort which continues to flourish today.

Yesterday, @HCSHead started the day with a story in the Nursery. The children gathered on the carpet and listened quietly as Dr Gray read 'Paddington at the Carnival'. In the book, Paddington encounters lots of things beginning with the 'B' sound.

A great weekend for @HCSsport. The 1st XI hockey won 7-0 against Cheltenham Ladies College to secure an unbeaten season and the 1st XV rugby won 45-29 against Llandaff Cathedral School under the floodlights in Wales. @HerefordCS
