‘Turning Grassroots Ideas into Scalable Impact’ की थीम पर आधारित इस पहल के माध्यम से जमीनी स्तर के नवाचारों को राष्ट्रीय मंच, मार्गदर्शन और नई संभावनाएँ प्रदान करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया गया। साथ ही इसके जरिए देशभर के उभरते उद्यमियों, विशेषकर छोटे शहरों और नवाचार के नए केंद्रों से आने वाले युवाओं को मेंटरशिप, नेटवर्क, पूंजी और अवसरों से जोड़ने का लक्ष्य है।

Under the leadership of Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Minister of State for Education, the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship has launched NAVACHAR MANTRA, a national initiative designed to identify, mentor, and elevate early-stage innovators and entrepreneurs across India, with a special focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, aspirational districts, and rural geographies.

Implemented by NIESBUD and supported by FITT, IIT Delhi as the Knowledge Partner, Navachar Mantra aims to build a robust innovation ecosystem that connects promising innovators with mentors, industry leaders, policymakers, investors, and market opportunities. Through structured mentorship, national-level visibility, expert guidance, innovation showcases, and access to growth opportunities, the initiative seeks to transform grassroots ideas into scalable enterprises and impactful success stories.

Because the next breakthrough innovation for Bharat can come from anywhere, and every great idea deserves a platform.

Today at IIT Delhi, we launched #NavacharMantra and brought together some of India's leading entrepreneurs, including founders who have built unicorns, by identifying real problems and creating solutions at scale.

Listening to their journeys was a reminder that India's entrepreneurial energy is limitless! We must strenghten pathways for aspiring innovators, especially from smaller towns and emerging ecosystems, to access mentorship, networks, capital and opportunities.

The bilateral meeting explored deepening the India-Germany skills partnership through workforce mobility programs, industry-aligned vocational training, and German language skilling initiatives. Both sides discussed expanding engagement with Thuringia's industries and strengthening institutional collaboration in skill development.

As India and Germany commemorate 75 years of diplomatic relations, the meeting underscored the shared commitment to creating pathways for youth talent, innovation, and economic opportunity.
