📢 New local support service – HDCF Zakat Hub now open in Huddersfield

Huddersfield Community First has launched the Zakat Hub, a dedicated support service for individuals and families in Huddersfield who may be eligible for Zakat.

Every Friday evening, whatever the forecast says - cold winds, rain pouring down, even snow - our volunteers show up with smiles and hot meals. It’s a simple act that speaks louder than words. People in our community matter, and no one should go hungry or feel forgotten.

This Sunday will mark four weeks since our Food Hub opened its doors. In that short time, we’ve stood with real families facing real hardship, supporting 448 people, including 208 children, across 154 families, and helping warm 37 homes through our fuel support.
