I draw a distinction between Carlo Albanese and your Uncle George Ellery Jnr.

One is your fake father and the other your real father.

Facts;

His grandfather George Ellery Snr (who raised him and owned a printing company that did Labor’s printing for them) caught for fraud/scamming starting in the 1930’s…..

Don’t forget Albo himself arrested in 1983 but not convicted.

His entire life story is a lie.

All verifiable.

Real name is Anthony Norman ELLERY.

His father is not Carlo Albanese, it’s his mother’s brother George Ellery Jnr.

George was an entertainer, his stage name was Johnny Craig – a comedian who specialised in impersonations – and he was booked to perform on the Fair Sky ship in 1962.

This is the cruise on which Albo’s mum “allegedly” had a fling with Carlo Albanese and fell pregnant.

The timeline for Carlo Albanese to be Albo’s father does not fit.

The ship arrived in South Hampton, UK on 21 April 1962 and Carlo left with the ship departing the UK to Sydney on 24 April 1962 arriving 31 May 1962.

Mary Anne and George Jnr remained in the UK.

Carlo then made the return trip back to South Hampton on the Fair Sky ship arriving 10 July 1962.

Maryanne Ellery (Albo’s mum) and her brother George Jnr stayed in the UK until 13 July 1962 and returned to Sydney on 10 August 1962.

Anthony Norman Ellery (Albanese) was born 2 March 1963 and was therefore conceived around the 2 June 1962.

In the period either side of 2 June 1962, Mary Anne and George Jnr were in the UK and Carlo was on the ship that had just left Australia.

Therefore Carlo cannot be his father, which is obvious just looking at him and taking into account the ridiculous story of coincidences that Albo claims led him to finding his father.

NB: Albo’s father story did not begin until after his mother died in 2002 so there is no one to corroborate his fanciful story.

Yes it is a system that rewards lies, false accusations and manipulation of the child.

There are some very questionable practices by Family Court Lawyers.

It is also very incestuous where the outcome is based on the status and level of fuckery carried out by the lawyer.

My second husband’s ex partner and her lawyer failed to show up to a hearing, sent the lawyer’s father who is a senior lawyer.

This was the hearing the mother was to be finally sanctioned for her constant breaching of orders.

The lawyer stood up and stated that my husband and I were in an abusive relationship and there had been a stabbing incident in our home.

My husband and I did not see my step daughter for 12 months and by the time it was proven that there was no dv in our home it was too late.

The child was fully alienated.

The Family Court of Australia - the only court where the Judge makes rulings upon the baseless accusations of a party with no evidence, “in the best interests of the child.”

9 times out of 10 assisting the Parental alienator by removing the child’s contact with the other parent until they can disprove the false accusation.

By the time that happens the child is completely alienated and the falsely accused parent destroyed.

Independent children lawyers are anything but and the lawyers are generally practicing to a colour by numbers strategy that will generally result in a poor outcome.

In the majority, an especially poor outcome for the child.

In fact the child whom we are told is the most important party in the Family Court is rarely put first nor referred to by the professionals.

Abolish the entire disgusting soul destroying system and put in place members of the community to hear cases.

Then the number of alienated parents (especially fathers) will drop dramatically and so will male suicide.

Not to mention stopping the grift of rewarding the alienator and withholder of the children with child support that often leaves the other parent living in poverty can end.

Whilst One Nation are at it have a close look into the corrupt State Legal Aid Organisations in r/t Family Law.

It is disgusting and unlawful but carried out with impunity.

The private Family Law Lawyers grift off the system whilst those employed at Legal Aid get rewarded for their years of political service by being promoted to the Family Court Judiciary.

And for the record, I actually have receipts for my accusations, unlike most made in the Family Courts.
