@Marilyn_Joyce1 This still happens, minus the explicit slave labor (which is still a major issue in other regions). Workers are still exploited with regard to their wages and how much they produce and those at the top are paid disproportionately for the work of others ๐คทโโ๏ธ

David Harvey defines neoliberalism as a political project initiated by the corporate capitalist class in order to suppress the power of labor.

@CesarOsorio907 I agree. The American empire's extended influence and share of power has been on been on the decline for decades. America's global image has also been falling as more countries see the true faults of the U.S.

@sophia_ryan5 Yeah, I'm not sure I'd bother. Most likely, I'd probably just rationalize it as some plane or even an optical illusion. However, if I were convinced, I may record it to get a second opinion๐คทโโ๏ธ
With regards to UFOs, I think having an open and transparent government would be more beneficial. I get the notion behind "what you don't know can't hurt you," but I feel that something of this nature, if real, would be better seen as fact than conspiracy.

Having decades of separate civilian and even governmental testimonials regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial life is beyond coincidental IMO.

@wareagl64106818 Historical videos really provide an extra layer to how we're able to learn and perceive history. It's amazing that we're able to get a glimpse into Jeresulum 108 years ago and see how different it used to be.

@william_nedley I think the persecution of the jews abroad in the early 20th century leads many today to overlook/lose sight of the displacement, massacres, and cultural cleansing of the Palestinians. This topic also isn't really taught in secondary education either.

To me, the cultural fluidity of early 20th century Jerusalem was really surprising to see, especially when compared to the region today.
