Why most of the pincodes from the Chennai City like 600021, 600001.....excluded for exchange of old mobile for purchase of new one.
This is reducing your sales as people are moving to other competitors, shocking exchange is not available in metro.

@MeghUpdates But this includes salary & pension. we need to de-link salary & pension from the defence budget as it is recurring and not capital expenditure for acquisition, research and other defence activities.
