Found a working uPEG strategy coin.

$UPSTR

It's running the standard strategy model:
10% tax on $UPSTR which is used to buy uPEGs -> these get sold 25% higher than it was bought for -> all that money is used to buy $UPSTR and burn it.

There's no cap on max price per uPEG, which is what killed the prev strategy project.

As long as $UPEG goes higher, $UPSTR is coded to go higher too. 'Leveraged bet on $UPEG'.
