@SmugMug I’m a longtime SmugMug Business user, and it’s my favorite way to have clients submit media to me. Now I have a big problem: I need an easy way for clients to send me 4K video clips (1-5 min) from their phone... but SmugMug transcodes everything to 1080p mp4 files.
We’ve tried DropBox and Google Drive, and both of those services require my clients to have accounts or download an app. That’s a non starter. As you can see, Google Drive links are useless in a mobile browser. No buttons to do anything.
Is 4K coming any time soon? I’m already on the highest plan you offer. For me the major selling point of your platform is this right here, the upload button. My clients are not tech savvy, and they need to be able to click a link from any device and get that big upload button.
