The best way to prevent colorectal cancer is through regular screenings and a healthy lifestyle. Here’s what you can do:
✅ Get screened starting at age 45 
✅ Eat a fiber-rich diet with fruits, veggies, and whole grains 🌱
✅ Stay active—30 minutes of exercise most days 🏃‍♂️

Some risk factors—like family history and age—can’t be changed, but others are in your control! Here’s what you can do to lower your risk:
✅ Eat more fiber-rich foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains)
