I have spent 73 days locked inside the SHU.
As of writing this letter, the U.K. has requested the "evidence" against me to be sealed from the public.
They do not want you to see the "evidence" against me.
Why?
Because I am an innocent man, locked in a cell, at the request of a government that hates me.
MAKE MY FILE PUBLIC. LET THE WORLD SEE WHY I AM IN HERE.
Two days ago in the U.K. five men were arrested by armed police in an active counterterrorism operation.
They were arrested on suspicion of PREPARING A TERRORIST ACT nearby US servicemen.
The next day, ALL FIVE MEN WERE RELEASED ON BAIL.
The USA will hold its own citizens in solitary confinement for months without evidence on behalf of the U.K.
The UK will let alleged terrorists on BAIL the day after they're caught in cars full of equipment near a military base.
What is going on??
I have spent 73 days in solitary as of writing this letter.
No evidence has been shown to me or my legal team and the DOJ is asking for the "evidence" against me to be hidden from the public.
This is not American!
Stablecoins might be how crypto reaches billions without them ever knowing they’re using crypto.
For @jackoholleran, they’re one of the clearest examples of what blockchain and smart contracts were built for.
Real adoption should be invisible.
Joy can not penetrate all at once into a soul deeply wounded.
It must prepare itself for tender feelings - as the souls of others must prepare themselves for violent acts.
I was promised that after 60 days locked up the UK was going to be providing the “evidence” against me.
It has been 70 days and nobody has shown us any evidence.
So I guess the plan was just wait for it to fall out of the news cycle and leave me in this cage indefinitely?
I am still here for anybody who is listening.

Yes, the SKALE Network, programmable privacy for AI agents, and NEAR Protocol are an exceptionally strong fit. Together, they solve the "AI Agent Dilemma" in Web3: AI agents need a way to orchestrate across the web, but they cannot operate effectively if all of their internal logic, bids, and strategies are exposed on completely transparent public blockchains.

Possibly one of the biggest stories this week that went unnoticed by many.
Blackrock, Larry Fink on AI Agent Commerce
He would certainly add the usual caveats: regulation, security, counterparty risk, and the difference between durable infrastructure and narrative-driven trading.
BlackRock’s actual posture has been to productize access (ETFs, tokenization efforts) rather than to champion any one chain.
The Fink version of the thesis id that AI agents will create real economic activity; that activity needs capital-markets-grade settlement and identity; networks that solve gas, speed, and privacy for machines are part of the same infrastructure cycle as data centers and power; the opportunity is to own the companies and platforms that build and operate those rails; and the social risk is that only a narrow set of investors participate.
Based on recent institutional reports and public statements, Larry Fink would likely look very favorably on SKALE Network’s AI platform, as its core capabilities directly align with BlackRock’s vision for the future of artificial intelligence and digital asset convergence.
In September 2026, BlackRock’s digital assets division published a major research paper titled “The Machine-Native Economy: How digital assets connect intelligence, commerce, and compute”. When evaluating SKALE Network against the framework laid out by Larry Fink and BlackRock's research, several key synergies stand out:
The Need for "Machine-Native Payment Rails"The BlackRock View: BlackRock explicitly argues that as autonomous AI agents begin buying data, executing tasks, and sourcing computing power, they will require "machine-native payment rails". Traditional bank transfers (ACH) and card networks are a poor fit due to high transaction costs, required human authorization, and slow settlement times. The SKALE Alignment: SKALE Network has heavily leaned into this infrastructure by implementing the x402 payment protocol (the exact open-source machine-payment standard highlighted by BlackRock).
SKALE’s zero-gas framework and credit-based system allow AI agents to conduct frequent, seamless micro-payments without managing complex gas architectures.
Infrastructure Built for "Agentic Commerce"The BlackRock View: Larry Fink has pushed back heavily on "AI bubble" fears, stating that hundreds of billions of dollars are flowing into the tangible build-out of a trillion-dollar AI asset class. BlackRock views the rise of AI agents as an underappreciated, massive driver of blockchain utility.
The SKALE Alignment: SKALE has intentionally positioned its Layer 1 architecture and its new Layer 3 network ("SKALE on Base") as a purpose-built execution environment for agent workloads. Tools like Clawbits (for observing AI agents) and AgentPit (a sandbox for training prediction market agents) match BlackRock’s vision of active commercial deployment rather than speculative trading.
Institutional Privacy and ComplianceThe BlackRock View: As the world's largest asset manager, BlackRock values structures that can integrate institutional capital safely. For a machine economy to work, transactions and strategies cannot always be completely public, yet they must remain verifiably secure.
The SKALE Alignment: SKALE features "Programmable Privacy" through Blockchain Integrated Threshold Encryption (BITE). This encrypts on-chain data at the consensus layer, protecting autonomous agents' proprietary trading strategies or confidential business agreements from being front-run, which is exactly what a major financial institution would require before deploying massive enterprise capital.
The Caveat: Tokenized Compute and MaturityIf there is one area where Fink might express institutional caution, it is the maturity of decentralized compute marketplaces.
