Learning to sing part of a song in our head with only singing/playing on our specific letter for the song Bingo. Lots of fun and we got to play instruments! @HollidayISD

Using a folk song from Israel, the students identified the musical form ABB & acted it out first with scarves & then with kickballs. We identified note values by the motions for quarter notes & whole notes. @HollidayISD

1st Grade went on Pumpkin Rhythm hunt this week to learn how to copy rhythms down on their paper in the correct order. Then they read the rhythms and clapped them out. @HollidayISD@msutherland03@lexilynnlaw
