Baking & cooking with your student is one of my top at home suggestions that encourages speech and language. Following directions, problem solving, vocabulary, communication & so much more!
Inspired by @KarmaWilson’s “Bear Says Thanks”, 1st & 2nd graders are planning their own feast this week! After we read the book we list all the foods at our ideal meal & then sort them by category. Based off this list I’m not sure I’d RSVP “yes” to this invitation 🙃
