Design challenges are borderline unethical.
We definitely should judge organizations that require them as being places we recommend professionals not consider applying to.
Companies post jobs should have to state whether they’ll require a candidate to do a design challenge.
A warm thank you and a big round of applause to all #OzCHI2020 reviewers for going above and beyond with the reviews this year! We really appreciate you taking the time and effort to provide constructive feedback to fellow researchers in the community.
@HFESA_CHISIG

Following discussions with our organising committee, @HFESA_CHISIG and members from the #OzCHI community, we have decided to run #OzCHI20 as a virtual conference, with #OzCHI21 taking place in Sydney. Details about what that means and revised deadlines will follow!
