Tonight on The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition, four candidates are challenged to help create awareness and improve business solutions for Habitat Singapore! We could not be more excited about this airing on Channel 5 and meWatch, tonight at 10pm. @yodchatri@onechampionship
We're keeping our masks on, hands washed and fingers crossed in the hopes that we'll be able to work with more of you from June onwards. In the meantime, keep a lookout for more updates on our social media and stay safe everyone!
We're back in Phase 2 of Covid restrictions so that means all #projecthomeworks sessions for individual volunteers in May will now only be able to accommodate 5 volunteers per house, including our HomeWorks Champions.
If you've signed up for a session this month, look out for our confirmation emails ONE WEEK before your session date. We know the restrictions means fewer of you will get to join us this month.
Come join hundreds of volunteers on 29 May 2021 as we gather online to clean-up our own neighbourhoods and show that together we can make a collective impact — even remotely!

The lasting impact of #ProjectHomeWorks is not just the drastically different house we leave behind after a session.
It's also about helping someone be a more empowered version of themselves because they finally have a decent home to plan their future in.
“I feel like my house is very horrible, and it looks very ugly. It (reminds me that) I’m very poor, I can’t afford anything, and people always look down on me,” said homeowner Mr Singh
Having a home that is clean and nice is more than just the aesthetics. Read the story below.
Looking ahead, we're optimistic for the rest of the year and here's how you can help: If you've volunteered with us before or have always wanted to try, why not shake up your company's CSR efforts & introduce them to #projecthomeworks! Drop us an enquiry at [email protected] 📩
It's safe to say a big hit for Habitat Singapore since Covid-19 started was corporate funding & volunteering slowing down to a trickle. Last Saturday, we were glad to welcome back our long-time partner and first corporate volunteer group of this year from Far East Organization!
Faith makes everything possible. Today as we give thanks for God's unfailing love, we channel that same love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope. Habitat Singapore wishes all our Catholic & Christian friends a blessed #goodfriday 🙏
If you know someone who needs help with hoarding, contact your nearest Family Service Centre or Social Service Office to connect the family/senior with a social worker who can refer their case to us.
With the recent spate of fires in the homes, hoarding is back in the spotlight again as a safety issue for both homeowners & their neighbours.
Last week, our #projecthomeworks staff & Champions team went down for a hoarding trial session in this 4-room flat.
The home environment reflects the physical & emotional turmoil the homeowner is facing.
This is a story about Uncle Ong, who has had to overcome incredible odds, including colon cancer, to provide for his family members diagnosed with intellectual disabilities.

There are many ways to support vulnerable communities and Habitat Singapore is thankful to work with corporate partners like @ProcterGamble who sponsored water connection projects to bring clean, running water to families in Batam. #habitatforhumanity
Today on #WorldWaterDay, we want to refocus on an important, but often overlooked, aspect of decent housing and Habitat's work around the world: reliable access to clean water and proper sanitation.
