Jayne, Cayla, Ava, and Oli finished the season placing 5th in the 4x4 Federation Championship! A great end to an outstanding season with two school records broken. Congratulations to our seniors Cayla, Oli, and Ava on your amazing high school track careers!

Ava Bagley placed 2nd in the finals of the 100 hurdles here at the State Championship! Here she is with all her hardware from hurdles and the 4x4 relay this weekend!
Our girls 4x4 relay breaks their own school record from last week, taking 2nd place in New York, less than a second off 1st place!
Their time was under sub-4 minutes, and their performance qualified them for the Federation Championship tomorrow! @HFLCSDAthletics
Thea is a senior who puts the “field” in track and field. Last night at State Qualifiers she competed in vault and high jump once more to end her career with the team. Job well done, Thea!
Some more solid performances from the boys last night. Burke ran to a PR in the 3200 of 9:48.10, placing 2nd for d2. Sophomore Braden Bellizzi also PR’d in the 3200 and 1600.
Rhyan completed his track career with us last night at State Qualifiers, with one final go at the pentathlon. He has been a tough competitor. Good luck Rhyan!
Williams, Kraynik, Bagley, and Lawrence won the 4x4 relay, breaking the school record from 2002, running a 4:02.29. They are heading to States next week!
Sophie Bagley completes her final race for HFL in the 2000m steeplechase here at State Qulaifiers. Thank you Sophie for your years of effort and commitment on the team. We will miss you!

Bagley taking 2nd and 1st in the 100H & 400H, and Williams placing 4th, 2nd and 1st in the 100, 200, and 400. Kraynik was the B1 pole vault champion and 3rd in the 800. All ran on relays too!
