Secretary of State Marco Rubio says Iran can no longer expect to negotiate without consequences, arguing President Trump is willing to take action where past administrations did not.

Rubio accuses Tehran of spending decades "lying, breaking deals, tricking people into agreements" as the White House warns Iran "will continue to pay" until it returns to what Trump considers meaningful negotiations.
