DEFENSE VERDICT! Adam Beaudry and Murry Whitt recently secured a complete defense verdict from a Dallas county jury after a two hour deliberation. The Plaintiff asked for $750,000.00 in this admitted liability case. Congratulations Adam and Murry. Well done!!!!

Writ of Mandamus - GRANTED. Steven Savarese, Jr. received a favorable ruling from the Alabama Supreme Court. Steven petitioned the Supreme Court to overturn the denial of his summary judgment. The Court affirmed Steven met the very high burden for a writ of mandamus to be issued.
