Someone asked me why am I celebrating going to the gym 3 days straight if I’ve lost 100 pounds before. Maybe because I’m proud of myself? I gained 100 pounds after losing 140+, obviously my mental was in a bad place. Maybe it’ll help motivate others? Context matters

It’s official. Ya boy is 30! Ready for the old head jokes😂But on a serious note tho, I’m blessed to see another year🖤 My 20’s were filled with depression, health issues, & a lot of financial problems I’ve had to overcome. Excited to see what’s in store for my 30’s🤞🏽👀

For those wondering..I’ve gained 50 pounds since February..still hard for me to believe. Wasn’t in the right place mentally so I embraced it at first but now it’s time to get back on track
