The lovely Miss Katie from Rèvèrence Dance Studio went to teach the Brownies some Ballet steps. They learnt the basic ballet positions, practised their movements like galloping, skipping and leaping and created a dance. The girls were loving being dancing queens!! 💃👑

120th Rainbows & Brownies took part in Parliament Week and had a visit from our previous mayor, councillor Gwen Lowe. The Rainbows voted on whether boys can join (it was a no!!) & Brownies voted on 4 different policies. Two won so they’d like to go litter picking at Bradley Wood!

Girls from 63rd Rawthorpe Guides went to the Morrisons’ Foodmaker and Shopkeeper Tours, going behind the scenes with lots of product sample. Finished off with an activity of Savvy Shopper where the girls bought items on a budget for the local food bank!

Last week I met three groups of amazing Rainbows, Brownies & Guides. LOVED the visit to @GirlguidingScot Ross-Shire in Evanton woods.
