@SSMHealth we have been in ED IN LOBBY for 6 hours now. Little to no care. 81 year old. You must do better. This isn’t a Covid issue. It’s an emergency for a frail 81 year old who is extremely dehydrated. Shame on you all. Our healthcare system has to do better
