Improving the quality of life for everyone in Albuquerque by supporting behavioral health, public health, affordable housing, and homeless services @cabq
This week, we spoke with JJ Gourmet, who provides the food services for the 41 residents at Gateway Recovery, which offers recovery housing with wraparound services and treatment.
Today, we held our fall resource fair at Gateway West.
More than 30 providers had 1,287 interactions with residents.
This included vaccines, connection to case management, socks donated by @bombas, pet resources, and more.

Meet Gabby, a mother of three who is a resident at Gateway Family.
Gabby was connected to Gateway Family through @cabqacs Responders.
Today, she is working with her case manager, Tatum, to maintain her treatment plan and get connected to housing.
Our Home Rehab Program has already helped 59 families stay in their homes by paying for critical repairs. But federal ARPA funding is running out, and the need is greater than ever, particularly in our historic neighborhoods and generational homes.
Today, we took the first step to ensure this lifeline continues by signing the Preserving Albuquerque Through Critical Housing (PATCH) program.
This program will ensure Home Rehab remains for generations to come.
The Law Offices of the Public Defender and the District Attorney’s Office had representatives on site to work with people to resolve warrants without going to jail.
This month, a Warrant Forgiveness Workshop was held at Gateway Center.
A total of 97 warrants were forgiven and
30 people were connected to resources on site.
This is an example of how Gateway Center has become a hub for resources in our community.
