This is very hard to say. As of 6/30, I will be leaving #HillieNation. I have accepted an offer to be the Principal at Samoset Middle School in Leominster. I love the families of this great school, district and city and you all have made me feel at home for the last 7 years.

Hillie Nation mourns the loss of Troy Marden, a 17 year old senior at Amesbury High School, who passed this weekend due to an unfortunate accident. Our hearts go out to our neighbors to the north and HHS is with you as you grieve this tragic loss.

A memorial candlelight ceremony will be held at tonight 6:00 p.m. on the athletic fields behind the high school. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved inside to the gymnasium.

Ruben’s calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 25 at Dole, Childs, and Shaw Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m.
A funeral mass will be held at All Saints Parish on January 26 at 10 a.m.

we are deeply saddened by the loss of our classmate, Ruben Santa-Waldron. He was always willing to strike up a conversation and never failed at putting a smile on your face. The Class of 2016 will miss him tremendously
