Amanda Garcia: Bronze medalist in the 220lb weight class with a 1045lb total. Broke the Region V bench press record with 275lbs!

Alexandra Chavez: Regional champion with a 1130lb total. Broke the Region V: Squat (465lbs), bench (275lbs), and total (1130lbs) records! Took home outstanding bench press in the lightweight platform.

Yesterday our Lady Eagles competed at the THSWPA Region V Regional meet at PSJA Southwest and did incredible! We have NINE lifters who qualified and will be competing at the THSWPA State meet, March 16th in Waco. The Lady Eagles also brought home a 3rd place Texas team plaque!

Today we hosted our 2nd Annual Eagle Invitational! It was a very successful meet and both girls and boys team did great! Thank you to everyone and every school who helped today! Also a huge congratulations to our boys team for placing 1st as a team!

A big congratulations to our lifters on their first meet of the season! the Eagles put up big numbers in both the girls and boys divisions. Our boy’s team finished 2nd place as a team and the Girl’s team finished 1st with 40pts!
