@airfrance need to have lost bag delivered but they want us to drive four hours round trip to get the lost bag. Baggage claim assistant refuses to put me through to a supervisor- telling me to drive to JFK if I want to speak to one.
@airfrance Our bag was lost on Friday- we were told it would be delivered to our home. Today the baggage company tells us they can’t deliver-AirFrance will not pay so we have to drive four hours round trip or they will send the bag to Paris. Customer service can’t seem to help
@TownofIslip we made a complaint about a hazardous tree and the wrong tree was marked for removal. How do we correct this before the good tree is needlessly cut down and the dangerous tree hurts someone?
@optimum is it standard practice for you to fail to provide the cable and internet service you are paid to provide and then leave your customers on hold for hours when they ask to speak to a manager?!? #optimum#terriblecustomerservice#callingfios
@mysutro 1 week in we have spent everyday waiting on hold for customer service, leaving messages, we ave had two “rare issues” with the unit & have been told that technical support will contact us without follow though. What do we have to do to get what we paid for?!
@Walgreens do better! 3months in a row I can’t place my refill because your app doesn’t work and the phones lines “are down for the day” at the Islandia store so I have to come in once to order & again to pick up. Ordered photos for pick up today too and that system is also down
@AshleyHomeStore We placed an order months ago for multiple pieces of furniture. One of the pieces has still yet to be delivered. Our latest delivery date was suppose to be tomorrow and again they pushed the delivery out at least another month. Customer Service zero help.
