My brother @EriasLukwago_ will be brought to Makindye Court tomorrow Tuesday for the mention of his fake charge of misprison of treason. Reason Lukwago was abducted on June 15 and Martha Karua deported, was to pave way for summary trial of Dr. Besigye and subsequent execution promised by @mkainerugaba . Meanwhile @kizzabesigye1 who is without lawyers will be in court on Wednesday. Judge Baguma is expected to dismiss all his complaints and race on with trial as directed by his master. Museveni had ordered the court martial to convict Besigye in five days. Baguma is delaying their party

Birungi, you can't help but think about how many people were abducted, tortured and held incommunicado by CMI under his tenure. And yet today, he finds himself trapped under the same criminality and injustice. Imagine spending nearly one full year in detention without being produced before court!!! Justifiably, his lawyers will soon file numerous applications relating to the abuse of his rights - the same rights he denied many others at the height of his power. Good people, FIGHT FOR THE RULE OF LAW. It is in our collective interest.

I saw people shocked that Chris Obore claimed to have given millions to drivers and loaders that, upon interview said they never received any money. @AgoraCFR did that investigation and followed the money and the findings were published in August last year under the #ParliamentCSRHeistUg. The findings had confirmed the reports we had had that “accountability” is done from Nasser road. Over 95% of the supposed CSR activities we investigated were hot air.
