@airasia - you promised me a refund within 12 weeks. It's now been 30 weeks. I've followed up 5 times. No way to escalate. Always promises I've been put to top@of the queue. Chat won't help. Over it. Please contact me or I'm going to the media and consumer affairs.

@airasiasupport - I requested a refund not a credit. You have now sent me an email saying if I don't respond, you will change my request to a credit anyway. No details of how to respond. I have reported your email to the ACCC. I am not sitting for 2 hours on your chat again!
