Hiru Corporation (OTCMarkets: HIRU) Q3 2024 Highlights & Corporate Developments

Toronto, Canada November 13, 2024. – Hiru Corporation (OTC Markets: HIRU), a diversified mining and holding company reports key updates from its Q3 2024 filings and significant corporate developments as the company continues to pursue its strategic growth initiatives.

Outstanding Shares and Private Placement Issuance
As of September 30, 2024, Hiru Corporation's outstanding shares totaled 3.888 billion, a 1,2 Billion (approx.) increase primarily due to a recent private placement. This issuance included about 1.2 billion shares allocated to CEO Sheikh Khalid Nasser A.S. Al-Thani, supporting merger activities and debt conversions / debt eliminations.

Expansion and New Asset Integration
Following a change in control in early August 2024, partial assets and operations have been incorporated into the Q3 financial statements. Additional assets, estimated at a value up to $100 million, are expected to reflect in Q4 2024 as the consolidation and conveyance processes are expected to be fully completed in Q4.
