I've received some information from inside about conditions at FCI Oakdale (a federal prison here in my home state of Louisiana). I'm very disturbed by what I heard. It sounds like #COVID19 and other illnesses may have spread through most of the facility, including to the staff.

This is truly disgusting. I hope the defense lawyers can get the trial judge to withdraw the execution date in light of their disability in being able to communicate with their client. Proceeding with an execution at this time is wrong, just wrong.

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice has suspended visitation at all prisons in the state due to #COVID19 but still plans to proceed with an execution next week. The cruelty and brutality is staggering.
