HITGS fans are strongly disappointed with the handling of HITGS' 1st FAN CONCERT, particularly the unfair ticketing system and low-effort merchandise planning for such a special occasion.
Respect the fans and HITGS. Do better.

Regarding the Operation and MD (Merchandise) of HITGSโ 1st FAN CONCERT
Fans strongly condemn the current operation process and MD planning regarding HITGSโ first fan concert.
The first fan concert is a once-in-a-lifetime moment for both the artist and the fans. Therefore, fans expected careful preparation, sincere consideration, and responsible planning throughout the entire process.
However, from ticketing to merchandise, the current process has failed to meet the expectations and trust of the fans.
1. Unfair Ticketing System: No Fan Presale
Despite fansโ requests for a fan presale system, no presale opportunity was provided for this first fan concert.
When fans raised concerns and requested improvements, the response that there could be โsystem errorsโ was difficult to accept.
As a result, there were concerns that some individuals from online communities where negative comments toward the artists were frequently made were able to secure many good seats.
This is not simply a seating issue. It is a failure to properly consider the fans who have continuously supported and stood by HITGS.
2. Lack of Effort and Quality in MD Production
The released MD consists only of a photo slogan and postcard set.
The issue is not the number of MD items.
The problem is that these products fail to show the effort and meaning expected from a first fan concert.
The photo slogan uses the same image from the fan concert poster, and the cutout/editing quality does not meet the standard expected of official merchandise.
The postcard set also uses existing GROSS concept photos instead of newly produced content created specifically for the fan concert.
Considering that this is HITGSโ first fan concert, the lack of new photography and unique design planning is deeply disappointing.
3. Random Photocard System
Each MD purchase includes 1 random photocard out of 5 types.
While random photocards are a common practice in K-pop merchandise, using this system in a situation where the overall MD planning already lacks uniqueness and preparation raises concerns about encouraging repeated purchases rather than creating meaningful memories.
Fans expected merchandise that preserves the value of this special moment, not a sales method that overlooks the fansโ experience.
Fans Did Not Ask For Special Treatment.
We did not ask for countless MD items.
We only asked for the minimum level of preparation, sincerity, and respect that a first fan concert deserves.
The first fan concert will never happen again.
Therefore, fans demand a responsible explanation regarding these issues and improvements for future events.
Fansโ voices should not be dismissed as simple complaints.
They are a sincere request for better communication, better planning, and respect for the artist and the fans.
Respect the fans. Respect HITGS.
