Daily, the Jagannath Mandir has barricaded half of the road, while visitors occupy the other half, resulting in constant traffic jams. @Aj_beinghuman We have issued notices to all restaurants playing loud music on their terrace, which is not allowed. However, some officers have granted them permission. We are prepared to take legal action if they do not cease playing live music on their terrace.@DCPSouthDelhi @DCPNewDelhi
